Returns & Refund Policy- Digital Product and Services

Digital Product & Services The products such as Digital Content like Documents/ Videos/ Images/ Digital Files. Jayna India Pvt. Ltd. offers NO-Refund in any case, what-so-ever, for the Product/ Services/ Content which are Digital in Nature such as Software/ Video Content/ Photos/ Music Provided/, which may be served/ delivered via Digital Mediums such as, not limited to, Email/ Download Link/ Mobile App/ Web-Browsers or such products may also be served via physical devices such as pen-drives etc. Though, if the delivery of such Product/ Service/ Content did not take place i.e not initiated by Jayna India Pvt. Ltd., a refund shall be considered. Subscription Services/ Product The Subscription Services/ Product like, not limited to, Online-Courses/ Offline Courses, Software Services, E-Magazine or any other types, Jayna India Pvt. Ltd. offers Refund subject to Terms & Conditions and Refund/ Cancellation Policies of each of such product/ service.

Return & Refund Policy- Customized Products

Customized Product The products where customization has been done specifically for the Ordering Customer such as, not limited to, Diary/ Clothes/ T-Shirts and any other type/ kind of Product/ Service/ Content. Jayna India Pvt. Ltd. offers NO-Refund in any case, what-so-ever, for such Product/ Services/ Content.

Refundable Products

Refundable Products The Products, which are Physical in nature and does not fall in to the category of `Digital Product` and `Customized Product`. Jayna India Pvt. Ltd. offers Full-Refund only in case of a Manufacturing Defect, for the Physical Products which are physically delivered to Customer's Physical Location such as House/ Office/ Residential/ Communication Address via Postal/ Courier or such services. Such Refunds are applicable only if the Unpacking Video has been made from opening of the Parcel/ Package and till the product is taken out. The Video should capture all sides of the product including Damaged/ Non-Damaged parts. To claim the refund, the Captured Video should be sent via WhatsApp only on the WhatsApp Number 9999008099 along with the Order No./ Invoice No. of the Product. On receipt of such video and details, Jayna India Pvt. Ltd. shall analyze and approve/ deny the Refund-Claim.

Process of Refund (Approved Refunds)

Process of Refund (Approved Refunds) Refunds are processed only when Jayna India Pvt. Ltd. has received the Payment Amount into their authorized Bank Accounts! For which are subject to the Refund-Process as mentioned earlier, Jayna India Pvt. Ltd. processes the refunds at the earliest, but Customer should note that the applicable Refund-Period is 7 working days from the date of Refund-Claim application and the receipt of Unpacking Video. In case of Approved-Refunds for a product for which full-Money was paid by the customer, the amount will be returned to the Customer to their Original Payment Source OR by way of Cheque. There will be NO-CASH refunds even if Original Payment Mode was Cash (or COD ). There might be a Refund-Fees applicable on some products/ services, subject to approval of refunds.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy Jayna India Pvt. Ltd. offers Cancellation against fully-paid orders before dispatch. Once the Order has been processed and dispatch has been made, No Cancellation is possible and Refund-Policy as mentioned above shall be applicable. There might be a Cancellation-Fees applicable on some products/ services.

Return Policy

Return Policy Products are returnable only when there is a manufacturing defect. Subject to the Return Policy for that Product. Services are Non-returnable once the delivery has been initiated. There might be a Return-Processing-Fees applicable on some products/ services.

Delivery & Shipping Policy

To find out how much the order will cost, a visitor should simply check on the Items Page or add the items the visitor would like to purchase to the cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Delivery will be made within "7- 10 Days" from date of Placing the Order. Delivery time may extend due to unpredictable situations (Eg, Natural Calamities/Political issues, etc.) Tracking details will be provided within 24 hours from placing the order on customer's registered mobile number or email address mentioned at the time of placing the order. With uncertain times, courier partner delays the order, same information would be available with tracking information shared with the customer on their respective communication mode.
